The contest also gives Queensland students the opportunity to communicate their passion and understanding of science to a wider audience and receive recognition for their effort and achievement. They can be directly involved in the processes and communication of science.
It is also a celebration of the exemplary science currently being carried out by Queensland students by Queensland Academies.
