Originally from New Zealand, Mark has worked all over the world; The Middle East, Northern Europe, Ireland and the Americas to name a few. After returning home, he pursued his passion for food and opened his own restaurant, enjoying the challenges that come with running your own business.
Mark is passionate about food sustainability, making all dishes fresh on site. Having worked with children previously, he values QASMT's policy regarding healthy choices and ensures that our students have nourishing meals available to them.
