On Wednesday 31 March we held the inaugural Year 10 Health and Wellbeing Day. With a focus on promoting and equipping students to live healthier and happier lives, students participated in a number of keynote addresses and electives. This year students were treated to keynote speakers discussing topics such as cyber safety and digital footprint, as well as a talk from the Red Frogs around drug and alcohol use. Students were invited to participate in an elective unit for a day which included, Bubble Soccer, Yoga, nutrition and other activities including team work. The day was a huge success and finished with an open mic and special lunch to raise funds for chaplaincy at QASMT.
