Waking to the sound of rain on the roof I could not help but think that maybe Year 10 2017 were unlucky with regards to weather.
However, when the young physicists arrived at the lecture theatre early for their roll mark, buzzing with excitement, my mood lifted. It rained all day on the Gold Coast but the committed Year 10 students collected their acceleration and displacement data on the Giant Drop with great enthusiasm.
I am sure all students will thoroughly enjoy converting their carefully collected roller coaster data into internal assessments. Thank you to Mr Hunter for all his organisation as well as Ms Bebbington for her supervision on the day.
A great time was had by all!
