QASMT have received the results from this year’s ICAS Science Competition, and have once again achieved at an outstanding level. ICAS Science assesses students’ skills in the key scientific areas of observing, measuring, interpreting and applying data, investigating and Higher-order thinking skills.
9 students achieved a High Distinction Certificate (top 1%), 67 students achieved a Distinction Certificate (next 10%), and 162 students achieved a Credit certificate (next 25%).
The following students are to be congratulated on their High Distinction results: Huon Molland, Caitlyn Leeson, Austin Smidt, Min Hoo, James Hudson, James Jeffrey and Thomas Wong. The High Distinction Certificates will be presented to students at an assembly later this year.
