The Queensland Academy for  Science, Mathematics & Technology is a state school for highly-capable students  in Years 7 to 12. The campus is located in the inner city suburb of leafy Toowong, in Brisbane, Australia.  At QASMT we focus on an international curriculum to help students reach their full potential. This is achieved through our rigorous academic programme, the holistic education of every student and the outstanding commitment of our staff.

SMT is part of the Building Future Schools program
The Queensland Academy for Science, Mathematics and Technology  is proud to be part of the Building Future Schools (BFS) program. As part of the approach to inner-city schooling, the Building Future Schools program is enhancing school infrastructure, building and strengthening strategic partnerships and developing and refining long-term master plans to support state schools as part of Brisbane’s changing landscape. As part of the program, we introduced Year 7 to our school in 2019.
