Device Repairs and Loan Devices
A JB Hi-Fi technician visits the school twice per week to complete on-site repairs for student devices purchased through the JB Hi-Fi BYOD Portal.
If a student's device requires repair, a loan device can be arranged through the IT Department. To request a loan device:
- Collect a Loan Device Request Form from the IT Hub.
- Ensure the form is completed and signed by a parent or guardian.
- Include your JB Hi-Fi ticket number on the form.
- Return the completed form to the IT Department for processing.
Loan devices are issued for a maximum of two weeks, with the possibility of an extension if the repair is delayed.
