Device Repairs and Loan Devices
A JB Hi-Fi technician visits the school twice per week to complete on-site repairs for student devices purchased through the JB Hi-Fi BYOD Portal.
If a student's device requires repair, a loan device can be arranged through the IT Department. To request a loan device:
- Visit the IT Hub to request a loan device. These can be loaned for the day.
- IT will email a loan form to the parent/guardian. Include your JB Hi-Fi ticket number on the form.
Loan devices can not be taken home without a completed form so please ensure the form is returned to IT promptly.
Loan devices are issued for a maximum of two weeks, with the possibility of an extension if the repair is delayed.
Loan devices are limited and subject to availability.
