2015 Graduate, Darshana, is focusing on humanitarian engineering - helping to improve the lives of disadvantaged communities around the world - and this is his daily inspiration for his future career aspirations.
Darshana is studying a double degree in engineering and business, with majors in civil engineering and finance. Darshana is studying at QUT in Brisbane and aims to work in policy towards sustainability in engineering and social entrepreneurship.
He has already been to Cambodia to the Engineers Without Borders Summit in 2019, where he stayed in homestay accomodation in a remote village and where he collaborated with the villagers to use his skills in engineering to design solutions to areas in their lives.
