Congratulations to our QASMT Robotics teams for a very successful campaign at the Robocup Junior State Championship last month. The year 7 Benchwarmers soccer team went into the finals as the top team with their robots Messi and Ronaldhino just losing an incredibly closely fought Grand Final to Brisbane Boys College 5 goals to 6. The other soccer teams made excellent progress through the two-day competition, with team Potato in particular, supporting the Benchwarmers. Year 7 Pebbles team and year 8/9 PID4Victory team competing in the Rescue leveraged the power of collaboration, to finish 4th and 5th, just missing out on the finals. We wish the two teams going to the Nationals in the September school holidays the best of luck.
