MYP Wellbeing Program
Week 10 of Term 4, our MYP students in Years 7 - 9 participated in an enriching and meaningful Wellbeing Program designed to foster personal growth, resilience, and positive relationships. Partnering with external organisations such as Character Builders, Love Bites, and Burn Bright, the program provided a diverse range of workshops and activities tailored to the needs of our students.
Character Builders delivered interactive sessions focusing on teamwork, communication, and leadership. These workshops encouraged students to reflect on their strengths and learn how to contribute positively to their communities. Through engaging activities, they discovered the importance of mutual respect and the value of embracing diversity.
Love Bites, a program by NAPCAN, offered workshops addressing critical issues like respectful relationships and consent. Students explored healthy communication strategies and gained insights into building safe, respectful connections in all aspects of their lives.
Burn Bright captivated students with inspiring sessions designed to ignite personal motivation and resilience. By exploring topics such as self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and the power of positive thinking, students were encouraged to embrace challenges and strive for their full potential.
The Wellbeing Program for Week 10 has provided our students with valuable life skills and a renewed sense of purpose as they prepare for the challenges and opportunities ahead.
